When you place an order with me online I automatically send confirmation of it to you in an email that includes the order number, plus all order and personal details. If you DO NOT receive this confirmation it means I have not received your order. The internet does this from time to time. If you have not heard from me within 3 working days of placing an order, please email me and I’ll come to the rescue. Obviously your order is very important to me and my customer care is a personal matter.
Postage and packaging rates are for England and Wales mainland only. The charge for postage and packaging is £48.00 for artwork up to 100 x 100cm and £72.00 for artwork larger than this size. The artwork is well-packaged and fully insured. Delivery time is between 7 – 10 days. The package will have to be signed for.
If you wish to purchase a piece of art and live in Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Europe or the rest of the world, please contact me for an exact cost.
Any item you order from me can be returned for replacement or refund within 14 days of the date it was shipped, provided the artwork is returned in new condition with all the original packaging materials.
The artwork must be returned by courier and be insured whilst in transit.
I will exchange/refund the original purchase price of the artwork returned less delivery costs.
Remember to include your name and address, along with details of whether you’d like a refund or a replacement.
- Artwork returned to me arriving damaged, or lost, will not be credited
- Artwork damaged in transit to you needs to be reported to me immediately
- Please inform me of damages within three days of receiving the order and return the complete package, together with the damaged item

The data I collect
I do request personal information such as your name, email address, home address, etc during the purchase process. I need to collect this information for delivery purposes. You are under no obligation to provide any personal data if you don’t want to, so once this information is used I will delete it if you inform me that you have chosen to opt out.
I also use personal information for purposes of administering and expanding my business activities, providing customer service and making available other products and services to my clients and prospective clients. Occasionally, I may also use the information I collect to notify you about important changes to my web site, new services and special offers I think you will find valuable. On occasions, I collect ip addresses for the purposes of system administration, to analyse aggregate information, and to audit the use of my site.

I may acquire information about individuals from other sources and add such information to my house files.
