Description
An interesting challenge as always when Im painting on perspex – the process of painting in the reverse, so building the colours backwards. Journey I reflects the energy and feeling of when Im out cycling, wind rushing by and the sense of freedom you get when you freewheel at high speed down a hill. Living in Bristol I am fortunate to be exposed to some amazingly striking street art by the likes of Banksy and Inkie and for me working on perspex brings a small element that street art brings – maybe just a little bit more edgy.
